Love love this place. We were able to move from a house to this great apartment. Staff have always been very accommodating. Only concerns are the garbage is out of control and really detracts from the looks of the premises. Recycling bins have Garbage in them as well. Maybe a few email reminders and some good looking reminders In The hallway bulletin board area. It is hard to even get our garbage INTO the bin because of discarded furniture! Thanks for your attention.

I Had the pleasure of meeting Chris with maintenance, and he was very professional and communicative about the steps of my closet having some carpet damage. Made things very clear and easy for myself and family, scheduling the work, etc. very pleased and satisfied thus far.

Chris and Gio did an excellent job with my maintenance request. They had a challenging job trying to get my heat back on and kept me up to date the entire time. They handled it quickly and efficiently. Also my experience with Chris is always very pleasant. He seems to genuinely care about the residents! Great job guys!

I just want to give a huge shout-out to our maintenance guy Chris. He’s absolutely the best! Every time I’ve needed something fixed, he’s responded quickly, handled the job with skill, and always has a great attitude. He's very professional and friendly.

I’ve lived here for 4 plus years now and don’t have much to complain about. It’s an apartment complex so naturally you’ve got to deal with neighbors and other people. It comes with the territory of knowing you live in a shared space. They are very strict on smoking in and around the buildings. It is built into the lease that it is a non smoking community so everyone is aware but not everyone always follows the rules. As a non smoker I appreciate the follow through as it was a contributing factor to me living here. Parking is kind of tight and does fill up at times. There’s usually always somewhere to park but just may not be in front of your building. May be a building or 2 over. Rent, as with everything now a days, is getting pricey. It does go up every year but so far has been a manageable amount. I’m looking to stay another year or 2 before looking for something else. There have been a few different community managers and maintenance crews that have come and gone since I’ve been there but everyone has always been responsive to any maintenance tickets I’ve put in. Most recently Chris and long hair (sorry, I don’t recall his name) have taken care of any recent issues I’ve had.

I moved in a few months ago and had a few items that needed maintenance right after I moved in. Thankfully, Mike and the maintenance team were always onsite within a day to fix the problem. Any issue that comes up is solved very quickly with this maintenance staff. I’m grateful for their help!

I have been living here for 5 years, people here are very nice, maintenance is run by this good guy, Chris always on time and fixing the stuff as we ask.

Chris came out and fixed both my sinks and guest bathtub that were clogged. And did it in a timely manner. If I was reviewing this just for that call it would be 5 stars. But I am reviewing for overall. And I have submitted a ticket for my laundry dryer and dishwasher and these appliance because each of them needing to run a minimum of two times to dry dishes and clothes. As you could imagine it gets extremely frustrating. They said everything is working, cleaned out the vents and that there is nothing they can do. So I am just stuck being frustrated. Update: Changed my review due to the service Chris has shown. He saw the review and immediately reached out see what the additional problems were (that he had no clue existed) and set up a time to come try and fix the dryer and dishwasher. Really appreciate Chris effort and service!

We moved in about a week ago and so far, so good. Our experience working with Miriam through the application and move in process was incredible. She was excellent with her communication and answered all of our questions. The apartment is spacious and laid out nicely. The kitchen is huge, comes with a microwave which is a bonus, and the bedrooms both have ceiling fans which we were excited to find. I do think the apartment could’ve been cleaned better upon our move in, but nothing was majorly alarming. We had a few fixes that needed to be done, and after putting in requests and speaking with the leasing office, David came within 6 days of our move in and fixed everything perfectly. He was very kind, understanding of my barking dog, and replaced the inside of our dishwasher which now works perfectly. A huge bonus is the location of the complex- right off the main road with everything you could ever need (Walmart, Target, many food options, etc.) The surrounding neighborhoods are very walkable, and there is a park across the street, so definitely a great place for families with dogs, like us. I think 4 stars is appropriate considering it has been very good, but a little bit more attention to cleaning the unit before move in would’ve been great! All in all, we are very happy with our move to this area.

While contracting from out of state I worked with the maintenance department to do my rounds. I worked with Chris and, with his help, we were able to quickly and efficiently complete the work without issue. Property staff were kind and easy to work.

I’ve had such a great experience living here thr last 5 years . The management is amazing. Kiara is absolutely wonderful and follows up with me constantly about work orders, making sure everything is handled quickly and correctly. Miriam is also great to work with. The maintenance crew — Chris, Mike, and David — do an outstanding job. They’re very responsive, professional, and always leave the work area clean. I truly appreciate the effort and care everyone puts into keeping the property in great shape and can’t forget Bill, the new property manager who’s also went out his way to help me. Love love love my home! Windsor Estates feels like home. The management team treats us as family, the maintenance team is superb. Any issues are attended to quickly and with a smile. I cannot thank this team enough for making me feel like family, especially during these trying times. I feel safe, secure and valued. My cousin came over last week and said, “When I come here, I feel like I’m on vacation! It’s so beautiful and peaceful here!” I look around my home every day, and say, “I love my home. I’m so happy here!” Doesn’t hurt that I have the BEST VIEW from my balcony, which during the last 2 years, I don’t mind saying, has saved my sanity daily. Thank you for everything, always ! Rented here for about 2.5 years. The units are wonderful. Well designed and good amount of space for the price. The appliances are good quality and if you have issues with them, maintenance is great at either repairing or replacing them. I cant compliment the maintenance team enough. They were always incredibly helpful and responsive for the issues we had. Loved the pool pre-covid, now its swim at your own risk even more so, but it is a nice amenity. Walls are decently insulated, but I recommend corner units so you are limited in how many neighbors you share walls or surfaces with. Finally, the local management office is usually chaotic and not the best at communicating clearly or timely. We had some issues with the various managers over our time there. My suggestions are to treasure and treat Giovanna kindly and with respect. She is amazing and really goes the extra length for the residents. I wish she was the manager. Second, dont be afraid to reach out to the TLC Management company. They are extremely responsive and very helpful. I think its an issue that the local management office gets overwhelmed sometimes. To finish, we really enjoyed living here for 2 and a half years. Made good friends and appreciated the great complex and good area.

Move in tomorrow on the 30th. Giovanna was so very helpful during the whole process. Always in constant contact keeping me up to date. Very excited to get moved in.

Moved in recently and the apartments are clean and well kept. Residents have been nice and helpful. Giovanna, our leasing agent has been a huge help to me as a first time renter. She’s answered many questions in a timely and professional manner.

I want to thank Giovanna for everything she has done for me since I moved in. She has always been pleasant and easy to work and talk with. It’s nice to have people like that. Also I want to thank the 24 hour people for having the greatest and always happy personalities. The maintenance team ( Geo and Juan) have always been there to fix my major issues. It’s always nice to have your team wave and say hello when they are passing by. I do want to say that I’m not too happy with some of the new staff members. But overall I can’t say enough good things about this place.

I’ve lived here for 4 1/2 years & I love it. Tons of amenities and really nice apartments - I even have wood floors! If you’re looking to move here ask for Giovanna! She is super helpful and can answer all ur questions. She’s great to work with!!

I have been living here for over a year. The office and maintenance staff is always there when you need them. The buildings are well-maintained. The pool is clean and people are always friendly.

Nice, clean, and quiet community. Prices are reasonable and the staff in the office and the maintenance crew are great. Giovanna made moving in easy and moving out. The maintenance guys are awesome, they keep the place clean and fixed any problem I had when asked. I did not use the fitness center, pool, or anything else. Nothing negative to mention.

To be honest, the 5 star for this Apartment complex is for one and only nicest person in the management office, Nicole Platteuw. We are living in this place just because of her. She would be the reason that people are lucky to be in place. The apartment itself inside and other associates in the management office is completely opposite of Nicole, I would probably give 2 stars. The Apartment inside is maintained okay, but the floorplan is not done nicely. The maintenance team except for few, the manager and some folks are not that nice, and will give you hard time. Basically, Nicole is the only good thing here. Her service is phenomenal, her professionalism is beyond words. She would go above and beyond to help you in any way possible. Me and my family would always be grateful.

Lived at two apartments on the property, a two-person one and a single resident. So far I've got nothing but nice things to say about this place. The only reason I won't give it 5 stars is because some apartments are far nicer than others. Some have been renovated and some have not. That said, my apartments have both been great but I've seen others on the property that are not so, so be sure to see what you're getting before you sign the lease. The things they have set up for dogs are sufficient for a smaller property, and the staff is friendly as long as you're friendly to them. Don't walk into the leasing office with an attitude and they won't be short with you. They're human, just like the rest of us. Golden rule and all. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family. Most of the people I hear complaining are upset about things that are not regulated by the leasing office or the property owner. Things like county ordinances, construction regulations, state laws, etc. Look, mooooost of us don't know everything. So maybe, just maybe, Google something before you complain to the office. You'll save yourself a lot of time.
